2024 E-FILE START DATE - JANUARY 29 & HUB TESTING BEGINS JANUARY 16

IRS HUB Testing begins Tues January 16th.
During this time, we will begin sending batches of tax returns to the IRS for processing. You may begin to receive IRS acknowledgements as early as Tuesday, January 16th.

Live tax returns are now being accepted!
  1. Returns filed prior to January 2, 2024 will be considered test returns and will be deleted from the transmission servers.
  2. Returns filed on or after January 2, 2024 CANNOT be stopped or deleted.
  3. If you need to make changes to a return that is e-filed and accepted on or after January 2, 2024, you will need to amend it after an acceptance acknowledgement is received from the IRS.
Pre-ack bank loan returns are now being processed.
  1. Returns transmitted with pre-ack bank loans will be processed through the bank servers and CANNOT be stopped or edited once they are transmitted. 
  2. Bank application acknowledgements will be returned slowly during this time.
  3. If returns are sent as post-acks but were meant to be pre-acks, they can not be edited and will sit in the stockpile until HUB testing starts.
  4. Not all offices meet bank underwriting requirements to offer this product.
