Giving Account Hub Access To Employee
Employee Accounts in Account Hub give your employees access to the different sections and features within Account Hub, such as Taxes to Go configuration, Bank Applications, Web Reports, and Web Client Status. You can choose to use Security Temlates to help control exactly what sections your preparers have access to.

Note: Employee Account logins will only give employees access to Account Hub. These are not logins for ProWeb Software to prepare tax returns.
To create an Employee Account, from the main page of Account Hub select:
- Account Information
- Employee Accounts
- Add Employee Account
- Create a username for the employee and enter it along with their mobile phone and email address. (Both phone and email are necessary for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) when signing in.)
- Create a Password and enter it twice. Note the complexity requirements.
- If you have created a Security Template you can assign it to the preparer. If you aren't using Security Templates, indicate which feature of Account Hub you want the preparer to have access to by checking the check box next to the feature.
- Click Save when finished.
