I can't see the chats for my Taxes To Go users.

The Taxes To Go chats only show for the app returns you have claimed. You will not see every chat within your tax office.

Also, the Taxes To Go chat bar at the bottom of the screen won't show until you have claimed your first Taxes To Go app return.

Check which preparer the return is assigned to - that's who will see the chats.

Your branded Taxes To Go app is not in the app store. The branding is just a filter over the base Taxes To Go app. The branding is applied when the user logs into the app with the information entered on the Referral Link website.
