When I’m trying to import an app return it keeps saying there is no data.
If you are trying to import a Taxes To Go return from Import App User (ProWeb) or Pull From Pro App (Desktop) and it is saying there is no data matching, it is possible you have the incorrect email address and/or tax code for that app return. You will need to verify the correct email address and tax code with your taxpayer.
The taxpayer will be able to see which email address and tax code they have by looking in the Settings tab inside their Taxes To Go app. It is wise to also double-check the email address for typos in both the program and the app.
