Tax Season is well underway and the IRS MEF System appears to be working well (knock on wood).
We are now accepting transmissions for prior year returns (20 and 21) and anticipate enabling state-only transmissions either Wednesday or Thursday.

You can now e-file Prior years and state only returns. Reminder You can not do bank product RT on any prior year returns. You can e-file up to 3 prior years, which means you can do 2022, 2021, and 2020. Any other years will have to be mailed.

GEORGIA STATE RETURNS - DELAYED START OF E-FILE (01/29/2024)
The e-file start date for GA state returns has been delayed to February 2nd. Any GA returns transmitted before Feb. 2nd will not receive an acknowledgement until after they open the filing season on February 2nd.
